2. Description of service

Doody Busters LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services. Quotes shown in the site’s calculator are estimates and may vary based on the actual condition of the space, access, and other factors confirmed before the appointment.

3. Quotes and pricing

The final price is confirmed before the appointment, once the details of the space or business have been reviewed. We reserve the right to adjust the price if the actual scope of work differs from what was reported on the form.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment by contacting us in advance. We’ll share the exact policy when you confirm your first service.

5. Satisfaction guarantee

If any part of the service doesn’t meet our standards, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we’ll come back to make it right at no extra cost, per the terms of our guarantee.

6. Limitation of liability

Doody Busters LLC carries general liability insurance for the staff performing the service. Our liability is limited to the terms described in our current policy.

7. SMS and email communications program

By checking the corresponding box on our quote forms, you agree to receive transactional text messages and/or emails (appointment confirmations and reminders) and/or marketing text messages and/or emails, depending on what you selected.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchasing our services.
  • Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS.
  • Marketing message frequency varies.
  • Reply STOP to any text message to cancel SMS at any time, or HELP for assistance. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, consistent with the federal CAN-SPAM Act.
